Abstract
The effect of phosphorous fertilizer on growth, development and yield of spring soybean at Gia Lam - Ha Noi was studied to identify optimum P rate using two new soybean varieties D140 and ĐT22. The experiment was replicated three times in a RCBD. Results showed that phosphorous fertilizer applied to spring soybean exhibited positive effect on leaf area index, dry matter accumulation, number of nodes, number of pods and grain yield. Optimum dose of P for D140 and DT22 was found to be 90 kg P2O5 ha-1. Output of applying phosphorousmfertilizer is from 3.90 to 8.82 kg soybean kg-1 P2O5.
