The concepts of "ego" and "alter ego" in literary translation

Abstract

     Since Vietnam has been opeimg up to to the world, litenny translatron plays a crucial role m hewing flie country to undeistand oflier cubures and others to know more about its cultural identity. In this context, translators considaied as a brdge contributing to a more comprehensive understanding between people with a great cultural gap. To archieve this aim, they have to consider carefully translation technicpies or methods in order to find the right place between his culture  (Ego) and the culture of the author (Alter ego)
