The Revolution has changed the world order according to the history's progress, making the basis to discover the new development road for nations in national independent, democracy and socialism tendencies. To Vietnam Revolution, the October Revolution has great and profound meaning and affects, in both theories and practices, both before and after the establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam, both in the August Revolution and the two great resistant war of our nation, as well as in the socialist revolution and today's innovation.
